Solved,
I'd downloaded the wrong Sdcard firmware.

The Sdcard firmware that starts with 128x64... doesnt have the folder "IMAGE"
The correct firmware is 212x64....

Please, does anybody could help me with this issue?

What is the SDcar correct folder to add the model icons?

I've tried to add it in the screenshots and models folder, but in the model setup, when I select the model image, it informs "No bitmaps on SD"

The icons were downloaded from opentx with the extention bmp.

I've noticed in my radio it doesnt matter how is set the USB mode, it just communicate with companion with the radio in the bootloader mode.

So, how must be set the USB Mode to update radio firmware using companion?

Solved! I'd put the radio in the bootloader mode and so it communicated with companion and I updated the Kiradio firmware. However, I found in the radio setup an option "USB Mode" that I set as "Storage" and know the radio communicates without being in the bootloader mode. It was set as "Joystick" s...

I did it, but it shows the message "Its not a valid file"

I'd copied the firmware "open TX 2.3.11" in the sdcard firmware directory.

The file is: opentx-x9d+-en.bin

Is there anything wrong?

The firmware installed is the 2.3.9

One more doubt.
I've tried to update the firmware by companion, however, when I select the write it, the message below is showed. Does anybody knows what could be?

"Could not check firmware from radio"

I bought an used Taranis X9D Plus SE.

It looks to be working properly, however, I'd noticed the screens are mixing english with portuguese language.

Does anybody know how could I solve this problem?

Althought I'm Braziliam, I prefer english language.

The firmware version is: 2.3.9-otx

The seller told me he updated the radio firmware making download of it in the Sdcard, so after that, the voices stopped working

It has to have a SD card with the proper contents. Each release of firmware has different version numbers of the contents of the SD, There are some SD cards that are fake that have been reported in some units. These are generally 1 mb cards. So ask seller if the unit has an SD, the size of the card...

Just one more question.
If it doesnt have the Sd installed, or its 1mb fake, is it possible to download the files and install a new one?

I wanna buy an used radio, however, in the video the seller sent me, when he turns the radio on, the radio doesnt speak as it uses.

Please, does anybody could tell me if it has any set up to make the initial voice return?

Mechanically I didnt.
I had centered through the screen icons, but the channels monitor in the screen shows the proper movement.

I also had calibrated all the ESCs I have, but remains the same. I suppose the problem could be in the mother board.

Dears, The throttle stick of my radio accelerate the motor only with 1/4 of it. I've tried to use subtrim to solve the problem, but I need use 100% of it, which makes the stick achieve the maximum motor speed with 50% of its position.
