Re: How to display GPS location on a map ?

I see no reason why it shouldn't work with Radiomaster.

Make a logica switch that triggers as the value change.

Re: Sudden lost of Models

The problem with the lost models was caused by a corrupted radio.bin file.

Replaced it with my backup and everything worked again.

Only stupid me didn't backup for about a year, so a lot of models to reprogram

Sudden lost of Models

Hello all, I am a happy owner of a FrSky Horus. Been using this transmittor now for about 4 years. This morning I switched on the transmittor and it asked me to calibrate the sticks. I haven't done anyting special before except use it to fly my models. After calibration I lost all my models. If I op...

Re: Possible? Throttle down is neutral on fwd/rev ESC & use switch to reverse direction?

Yes this is possible. If you sey weight to 200 and offset to -100 you will get output of 0 to 100 on one mixer row. Make this row active be a switch up. Theb create a second nixer row on the same channel and create weight -200 and offset 100. Active this mixer with the switch down. This will then be...

Re: Any chance of getting OpenTx on FrSky X20

Clear. I am still happy with my Horus X10S running OpenTx. For me the OpenTx FrSky combi was great, but if FrSky steps away from the OpenTx theater, then I will keep my eyes open to other manufacturers that will offer OpenTx compatible stuff

Any chance of getting OpenTx on FrSky X20

The first X20 transmittors from FrSky are being sold at the moment. Would there be any chance of OpenTx becoming available on this transmitters in the near future? I like to looks of the transmitter, but I see no added value in this closed software system. I am only missing things I like in OpenTx. ...

Re: throttle mix for smoke system

I don't understand why your advised to lonk the fysical switch to a logic switch. Just create a mixer for the channel that controls your smoke pump and add the desired switch to the mix. This way the function will only be active if you activate the switch. Maybe you need to add a second line to the ...

Logic switch for stick between 0 en 10%

I am creating a complex function that makes use of logic switches. I want a logic switch to be active if the stick is between 0 and 10%. I know I can create a logic switch that triggers when the value is lower then 10% but that works also from -100 to 10%. I want 0 to 10%. I get this to work to comb...

Re: Multi rpm measure and synchronizing ..

If you want multiple RPM readings, why not take 4 arduinos and create 4 sensors. With the price of a arduino at around 2 euros and the plane having 4 engines the added weight and cost of 4 arduinos can not be the issue

Or you can use Curve func and then x>0
I am asuming your using a ESC with forward and reverse function.

With the curve func. X>0 it will only activate motor forwards and no reverse

Re: How to apply sound to a slider on Taranis

I have a similar function on my Horus X10 that speaks out my flap angle. I did the following. First I wanted a range of 0 to 45 degrees to really represent my flap angle. I did this by using a mixer on channel 32 with my flap channel as input. Then play around with offset and weight to get 0 with fl...

Re: Scaling of telemetry values

I have struggled with that too lately and if I recall correct, it's based on the number 255 as being the max. So if you set it to 255, then it will show your 30 as 30. I think if you set it to 25. It will scale your value to /10

I also do not see the added value of creating a multimodule functionality in OpenTx. First of all, because there already is an option for 32 channels, but also I think if you would want to expand with external modules then I would suggest using the Sport telemetry link to transmit the additional dat...
