Re: Understanding er9x / Ersky9x
Hi all, I noticed that when i was configuring the swashring in the heli menu of ersky9x, the angle was decreasing along with the value (0 - 100), but when it reached 0 the swashring had the same value as 100, which means that the swashring had a full swing / amplitude. This shouldn't be normal, right?

Re: EPEE - HELI SET UP GUIDE
How do you adjust the swash ring in the heli menu? I have assigned it to channel 12, like you have it there, but when i change the value (0-100) i dont see the swash ring move. Edit: I found out that the 0 value has the same response as the 100, so from 1 to 100 it will work fine as long as you avoi...

Re: Align 450 PRO DFC - SETUP on ER9X
Check this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e5wn6aAY7EU . Although for the majority of the flybarless helis you choose the 90 swashplate, for the 3gx, you have to choose 120 swashplate and assign a channel for collective. ps: the video is in pt-br, if you pay attention to the images you will ca...

Re: Helicopter setup via the template
An eepm file for those who want it already setup. I changed a couple of things from my tutorial: 1. For the mixes on CH11. I now do one mix as ID0 and the other as !ID0. This saves one mix as the idle up modes use the same curve. 2. the force zero pitch mix now uses 0% FULL instead of an empty curv...

It's not that I don't appreciate it. I really do. However I've been getting in exccess of 20 emails a day just asking questio...

Re: 9xr pro simulator
Ok, its just that i've seen that its possible to change from master to slave and vice versa, via AT command. I thought that that was already possible, but according to João BT usability its still very limited, so ill just wait your further development instead of venturing myself into "murky&quo...

Re: 9xr pro simulator
Because I can add something to output serial quite quickly, which might go out over bluetooth which is serial anyway, while the USB joystick solution will take rather longer. Does FMS handle enough channels over a joystick input anyway? Mike. I assume that, if i choose the BT as trainer on, then ma...

Re: PPM to USB Dongle
EDIT: I see you've found the problem. I reemphasize, for this and any other such problem, always go to the monitor screen FIRST. At least half the time the problem will be immediately apparent. Yes, the problem is solved, but being a newbie myself (1.5 years in the rc world), it takes sometime to g...

Re: Taranis S1/S2 Switches in 9x
I think you are confusing pots and switches. It think you want to know if Taranis S1/S2 pots can be used to replace used to replace 9x P1/P2/P3 pots . Not sure of the answer, but I think that makes the question clear. Exactly, but also the gimbals have pots and to avoid confusion i did it like this...

Re: PPM to USB Dongle
By the way Octavio, do you have more than 4 channels configured on your taranis? Do you see any movement in channel monitor on your taranis on channel 5, 6 , 7 , 8 ... ? Actually no, because i thought, "wrongly", that the sim would assume any switch that i would assign. :( So, that must b...

So, I guess, the problem is with you, not with that dongle .... ;) br I have to agree with you. Is there anything in the configuration...

Realflight RC7 ok, i dont have that one. Octavio, that one works here with PhoenixRC. But it is not quite legal. Yes, and I have the original PhoenixRC dongle ;) Me too, the same (5.0v). But in case your stock original dongle stops working, and mine is out of warranty time, this is a nice backup. U...

Re: Taranis Gimals in a 9X
We have this topic about the taranis gimbals in a 9X, which works fine and it is a great improvement to this radio. What about the taranis pots in a 9X? Im sure somebody gave it a thought. Is it possible? will the radio resist or the 5v regulator will not handle this mod?

Re: Understanding er9x / Ersky9x
I think this is a relevant issue just for the simulator. If i change the polarity to negative and/or use the jr port, everything is ok. No big deal. With a real model there will be no issues, i assume.

Re: Understanding er9x / Ersky9x
Exactly! So i decided that i would reflash several versions untill back to 08-Oct-2014 11:15, just to see what was the difference from a user perspective. What i concluded is that this always existed, only before, because the polarity was inverted i never noticed. So all in all, this was allways her...

Re: Understanding er9x / Ersky9x
Sorry for any inconvenience, but since i was reporting something odd in the futaba port, i gathered that one would make a "connection" to the 9xr pro, since the 9x doesnt have a futaba port. Anyway this happens with the 9xrpro (ersky9x-r214, from 28-01-2015 - 17:34:50 - test version). I al...
