Re: Taranis Gimals in a 9X
But it would be much easier to just program your arduino to generate a PPM signal, and feed that to the trainer port. Thank you for the suggestion, I will defenitely go for this option - I found out that a mono jack is enough as PPM signal on tip, ground on sleeve, compatible with both mono and ste...

Re: Taranis Gimals in a 9X
Dear all, I am working on a gesture control device, a glove, and I will be using most of the Taranis internals to communicate with the UAV. I want to replace the gimbals with the output from an inertial measurement unit (IMU) and a set of flex sensors on the fingers. All the sensors are working and ...

Re: [Full automatic takeoff]
Could you give me hints about where I can find information of how to do a one-switch full automatic launch with APM on board, just as on the video?
Thanks,
Filip
Thanks,
Filip

[Full automatic takeoff]
Dear all,
I seen the following video on YouTube of a man using auto-launch and I would like to do the same on my FrSky Taranis with OpenTX on board:
[BBvideo]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mAc_quT0oig[/BBvideo]
Does anyone know what to do that? I could not find anything.
Thanks in advance

Re: [gesture control project] Installing OpenTX on Arduino b
I am not sure whether all the signal processing as well as OpenTX can run on one Arduino Mega board at the same time. Can it do two tasks at the same time without lagging? I will need a speaker and microSD slot connected to Arduino to load the sounds and therefore to know which flight mode is chosen...

Re: [gesture control project] Installing OpenTX on Arduino b
Thank you very much Kilrah . You are right, Turnigy 9XR mainboard sells for just $7.39 from HK. FrSky Taranis mainboard is much more expensive as it costs £39.19 . I have a dilemma though; I will be using an Arduino board to process user input from the glove into a coherent set of comands that can b...

[gesture control project] Installing OpenTX on Arduino board
Dear all, I am working on the project that's goal is to create a gesture recognition device, a glove to control a UAV that uses ArduPilot. Sensors will be used to get the input from the user; next, the input signal will be processed by an Arduino board to get the commands that can be recognized usin...

Re: assembling new RC, would use OpenTX
Hi ubgen, have you made any progress?I would like to release the project as an open-source one.
I am very interested in the results!
