Yes, sam-ba ist unticked, I use the same configuration as on my other Computers. I can only imagine it is some sort of incompatibility with other programs or Drivers.

I have Revision 421 of eePskye...but I use the same on all Computers and on one it doesn't work, so shouldn´t be a Problem with the Software itself.

I had to perform a new TX calibration after the R813 update obviously. Now it shows no more offset.

Could it be that CH1 is a bit offset though trim is at 0 on r813? I noticed my ailerons weren´t straight last time and when looking at the display I also saw this offset on CH1.
