Sometime some rx failed bind with some power source. Please try to change power source to other ESC or BEC only for binding.

opentx 1.99.x version can share GV with other flight mode. In each modes GV menu - push long ENT then will be change to FMx.

Refer attachments, I checked "Haptic" option, But downloaded firmware didn't include haptic function.
