Re: Older OpenTX firmware

From here https://www.frsky-rc.com/taranis-q-x7-access/

There is 2.3.9 and 2.3.12 available.

Put that bin file on the sd-card in the firmware folder and flash the radio.

That's it.

The subject of this thread was 'Taranis X9D+ (new version) not binding w/ X6Rs' This issue seems to be solved, might open a new thread ..... ;) Do you only have one radio and one receiver? If not, do a crosscheck with other components, to verify, that the radio and/or the receiver is/are ok. br KH

In my eyes EDGE is the attempt of FrSky to kick out openTX. Might be wrong .......

I am personally not missing EDGE here.

Re: Q: Frksy D16 , what Ardupilot data could I display on er9x screens?

Hi, I am using openTX on Taranis X9D and X9D+. This is a demonstrator for testing the functionality of arduplane with Matek F405-STD, https://imgur.com/nqWzgcwl.png but for my planes I use CC3D revolution mini, because they are smaller and come with a MS5611 baro and a magnetometer on board and have...

Hi Mike, ENGEL is Premier Dealer Germany and runs that support forum. oXs ist NOT FrSky, so there is not much there about oXs in conjunction with FrSky. But the question come up in that forum and 6 users answered, no issue experienced with Archer RX. Personally I can not say anything about the quest...

Re: OpenXSensor project page on google code

Forgot about the common ground, in my prototype, I used the 5V from the USB to power the Arduino and a receiver battery in the receiver. with the actual build, the receiver battery (6V) will power the Arduino. I didn't think the configurator worked with the newer versions of oXs, also I assume it i...

Re: OpenXSensor project page on google code

Had a short look at 'oXs setup.jpg' Where is the common ground cable between arduino and MPX RX? Only see a single signal cable to arduino pin 4. By the way, for such simple things like a vario, it is easier to use the oXs configurator. Generates in your case oXs_config_basic.h #ifndef OXS...

#1 you need this here https://www.arduino.cc/en/Main/Software& And there are many tutorials on the net, how to install and use the IDE. Get accustomed to Arduino and do some small projects like a blinking LED etc. When you are done with that and still feel happy #2 download the code from here https:...

Re: Help reading RPM

I would make a test with splitting the sensors up on two Arduinos. Bildschirmfoto_2021-03-26_08-22-26.jpg The upper oXs has current and voltage and the lower one vario and gps. Right side is the connector. So I was flexible with the sensors. Could fly with only a vario, could plug in the gps or only...

Re: GY-86 in oXs arduino pro mini 16MHz

Nesan, to my knowledge Arduino IDE and oXs ships with all the necessary files. (I am using Arduino IDE1.8.13 and oXs 8.2.15, but it also worked with earlier versions ....) About your GY-86. I don't have it on the table here, so don't ask me. The GY-86 is available locally here in Germany (~20€) and ...
