Gruvin Board, FrSky, Open9x do I need speaker mod?

Hi guys, I have Gruvin gruvin9x v4.1 PCB, SD Card and Programmer in my Turnigy 9x installed the speaker from the smartphone connected to the speaker connector. My question is: in order to use the firmware with voice do I need to rewire something or Gruvin Board already has all the hardware needed? T...

FrSky voltage sensor

Hi,
I have a Gruvin9x board with FrSky telemetry.
Could somebody provide a web link or explain here please.
How to set:
Range
Offset
parameters for the 3 cell LiPo battery, as the voltage I see on the screen is too far from the reality.
Thank you!

Re: Sailplane control system

Hi, As I understand to find the right sensor and to develop some hardware part is a long process but the summer is coming. One good start could be adding two more sink and rise sounds as alarms for those crazy people who is ready to buy ThermalScout. In the future you will use these sound anyway so ...

Re: Sailplane control system

Hi team, 1) Why don't we use the combination of results from 3 sensors as GPS, vario and 3way axis? (I guess too much math on TX side but for the custom board should be fine) 2) Somehow these guys http://wingedshadow.com/thermalscout.html managed to create what we need with just one sensor. If we ca...

Re: Sailplane control system

wouldn't better than have so many firmwares? Hi wallaguest1, I am totally agree with you but as I understand from information I've got here http://code.google.com/p/open9x/ this particular firmware has too many features to be combined with another one. Developers are running out of space to fit the...

Sailplane control system

Hi all, I'm want to build a system that would be able to provide sensitive rise/sink tones from a sail plane on-board fr-sky variometer and on-board battery control/warning. I already have Turnigy 9x controller ER9x flashed. Also I ordered FrSky telemetry transmitter/receiver, FrSky hub, variometer,...

Re: Throttle calibration problem

The absence of mixers caused this issue. Problem has been solved after I added Simple 4Ch mixes. Firmware version (I think) is indicated here SVN: er9x--r708 This new firmware is really powerful, but requires basic structure and functioning knowledge plus patience. Thank you very much!!! Problem sol...

I use Mode 2 so my THR is on channel 3 (I hope) it was always on CH3 before flashing.

Throttle calibration problem

Hi all, I just flashed my Turnigy TGY9X with ER9X firmware and calibrated all the sticks. After the TX and RX were powered up my ESC entered the throttle calibration mode, after I calibrate the ESC throttle and power it up, it enters into the calibration mode again (cycle loop). Seems the TX throttl...
