Not a bad idea. On the other hand the sequence should be burnt in to your mind before you take the test. Agreed, but you have to practice it enough first to get it burnt in! TBH it's true I don't have many friends who want to spend their flying time calling for me as I practice, hence why I did this. There may now be more of them telling me to "shut that *@!&*TX up" now too...!
