Re: XR8 rx telemetary sensors
Alan, can I suggest you contact ExtremeRC in Australia (http://www.extremerc.com.au), they are a FrSky dealer. Another possibility is MultiwiiCopter (http://www.multiwiicopter.com), who also sells FrSky.

Re: XR8 rx telemetary sensors
Great work! I know you've made the Eagle files available to everyone but I wanted to check that it's OK to use them and supply those in Australia who are interested (at cost + shipping, as a community service)? Somewhere like ITEAD will do 10 boards for $10 + shipping. With the caveot that its not ...

Thanks for your efforts, Scott.Scott Page wrote:I'm pulling the plug on this project for the time being. I uploaded a new archive of all of the requested names - there are 195 of them. I may renew this in the future, but that remains to be seen.

Servo Travel Limit When Using X8R S.Bus Output
Hey guys, Is there any way to get greater than +/-100 travel in the servo setup page in the Taranis? I have three iKONs, two of which are still using Spektrum satellites and a ORX DSMX module in the Taranis. I'm able to set these up fine as far as the channel adjustments go in the iKON setup softwar...

Re: ER9X/OPEN9X port to WALKERA WK-2801(PRO) feasible ?
I just wondered the same thing myself. The 2801 is a surprisingly nice feeling TX, I will have to open my (long unused) one and have a look.

OrangeRX TX Module
Has anyone looked at the OrangeRX TX module to see if it's possible to bypass the PPM conversion and get DSM2/DSMX serial straight to the RF module?

Re: Taranis and DSM2 mods
Thanks for the response. A further couple of questions:
Will a module from a DX4e support DSM2 and DSMX?
What latency is likely when using an external module like the OrangeRX?

Re: Taranis and DSM2 mods
It's almost ready. A couple of bugs to fix as soon as I find time! I'm a bit confused, can I ask what the changes are to the firmware for DSM2 support? The way I understood it DSM2/DSMX support for the Taranis involves an external module and PPM (with the usual latency), which I believe can already...

Re: Custom Function Switch/Value "Priority"
Hmm, maybe I asked too soon (and in the wrong area).
After a bit of playing around it appears that the custom functions are processed in the order of the list. If I moved the TH custom function to the top of the list it doesn't have any effect.

Custom Function Switch/Value "Priority"
Hey guys, While I'm waiting for my Taranis to arrive I've been playing around with the simulator so I can get a head start when it actually gets here. I fly heli's and I'm setting up flight modes and idle-up. I run an iKON FBL unit using the iKON's governor. I don't run a "normal mode", so...
