Gimbal slow movement:Ramp function, integral function

Hello again,
I`m looking for a nice openTX function to slow down the "servos" (in actual case the gimbal`s) movement.
It should start and stop the movement very slowly in order to improve the bad tilt attitude of DJI H3 3D.

Any help is welcome!
Regards

I'm noticing the same effects on the new SmartPort FCS Sensor and cannot cortect it by offset, too:(
Maybe just a faulty sensor?

Re: OpenTX - Nightly builds for pre-2.0 testing

OpenTX 1.99 Version 2014-04-28 Channel Range of internal RF module ist messed up after Firmware upgrade (from an ealrier 1.99 Version). It changes to Channels 5-16 instead of previous 1-16. Unfortunately it is not fixable on te transmitter itself, the radio freezes when trying to correct it. Regards...

Re: LiFePo4 replacement for stock battery

There is also a LiFePo from Zippy 3s1800. That is the maximum of energy you can put into the Taranis in case of LiFePo.

It fits perfectly, just remove the foam of the battery box.

Re: OpenTX - Nightly builds for FrSky Taranis

Hello together, after I was quite happy about the FAS Offset function, unfortunately the mAh consumption still is not correct at all, although the current is perfectly calibrated at least up to 10A (my Multimeters range). Now there´s left the voltage, which of course also influences the mAh calculat...

I'd like to give further Information but I rarely can.

When programming and selecting the active line, the command should become bold, shouldn't it?

I'll try to give more Information soon.

The sticky function does not always work (version 16th march). Sometimes it does work, sometimes not.

Sorry Kilrah, i didn't get it with the new Sticky function.
Tried your command line in Logical Switches, but it didn't work.

Otherwise no worry, i can wait for the official release and updated manual.

Re: Taranis looses telemetry connection

Hello,

thanks for your ideas, but the vario is already updated.

I´ve ordered new hardware (SmartPort current sensor and Lipo sensor) and will check then again. Perhaps something on the sensors PCB has fault connections...

Taranis looses telemetry connection

Hello guys,

since a long while, I´ve often problems with my Taranis, that sporadically looses correct telemetry reading and logging.

I´m still unsure what could cause this. My setup is X8R, SmartPort Vario (used as bridge), FLVS and FAS40.

Do you have any suggestions?

Re: Looking for 5v at Taranis...

Thanks for your hints.

Now I took one of the pins in module slot and regelated the voltage aftermath to 5V via linear voltage regulator.

This way there shouldn't be damage to Taranis, I hope.

Looking for 5v at Taranis...

In order to power an LCD and receiver module for FPV I'm looking for

- stable and clean 5V Source for the receiver
- full voltage for the LCD monitor

Perhaps someone has already done similar Hardware mods...

Lipo Sensors for parallel Battery use

Hello,

Is there an Solution to monitor every cell voltages (including Alarm settings) for batteries that are connected in parallel.

I'd like to monitor two of 3s Lipos on my copter and could only find the schematics for serial
Lipo connection (up to 12s)

Thank you for any input!

Thanks to Kilrah, the updating process now finally worked.

I had to remove the sensor fram all connections to the model (SpOrt, DatIN) and then follow strictly the updating sequence as described by Kilrah.

The SPC-Adapter seems to work nicely... :o

Ok, that was the go-around I already found by myself 8-)

I just wanted to make sure, that there is some easy feature of OpentX, I wasn´t aware of yet.

Then the "fighting" with the mixer menu was appropriate...

Thanks

What is the difference between saving as .bin or .eepe?

Hello,

the title says it all:

What is difference between saving a template as .bin or .eepe-file?

Is there any advantage of one of these over another?

Thanks
