Same problem here. Setups which use LS on the X9D will not function correctly on the X9E without modification, which is a PITA for authors of 'canned' setups. Not the fault of the OTX devs, but of FrSky not adopting a consistent control ID mapping.

Gents, a potential issue has been spotted in 3.0.0 - the 'catchall' line for the aileron input has incorrect source. Please see blogpost for more details and simple fix.

Unless you actually need v2, I'd think twice about reflashing just yet. r2940 is very stable.

There are two distinct parts to setting up flaps on a sailplane:

1. Servo calibration (i.e. setting the end points and balancing the two flaps)
2. Applying an offset to achieve the correct neutral.

The first is done in the Servos tab, the second in the Mixers tab.
