Re: Alarms will not be set on 9X
My fault!
Seems like I messed something up with the connections.
I opened it up, checked everything, took it back together and now it works

Alarms will not be set on 9X
Hi there, I modified my DJT to get telemetry on Screen. This works fine, but the voltage alarms are not set any more, this worked fine in the past.

Just a quick question I didn't find an answer to:
If I take a module form a DX4, will it transmit 8 channels?

Re: 4 servo ccpm
That's easy, if you would use 60% Thr and 60% Ele on CH1, you would exceed 100% on full pitch and full nick backwards (120%). This would cause some serious Problems because all servos are mechanically connected by the swashplate and the one on CH3 would try to travel more distance then the one on CH...

(-50%) Ele
CH2: (+50%) Thr
(-50%) Ail
CH3: (+50%) Thr
(+50%) Ele
CH4: (+50%) Thr

CH4 CH2

Re: Slow Up Bug?
- Just make a new model
- Remove all Mixers
- Add a Max 100, any Switch to activate it, Slow Up ... (5, 7, 10, doesn't matter)
Wirks only once, you have to restart the Transmitter that it will work again.

Hi, tried to use Slow Up only, there seems to be a bug:
It works only one time, then it is deactivated until I restart the transmitter.

Hi I modified a usbasp to allow this code to run. Had to cut one trace and solder one jumper wire. Last night I got as far as plugging it into the computer and it was recognized as a 'HID joystick' or something like that. I'd like to test it tonight. What simulator did you use ? Do you know of a fr...

Re: WAV files for Taranis
I just fooled around a little bit and found something strange. I would like to have my models spoken at the beginning (custom functions with Argument ONE). So it starts up, tells me first that the motorchannel is inactive, then in which mode my gyro is and THEN it tells me what model I've selected. ...

The Startup Sound is located in Sounds/en/System/tada.wav.
The files need to be 8, 16, or 32kHz saved in A-Law or U-Law.

Orange RX Module Binding mode?
Hi, a friend of mine got his new Orange RX Module, seems to work with his mcpx, but it always binds up using DSMX.
Since there seems to be some issues with DSMX and the Orange module, is there a way to force it into DSM2?

Re: Did the mods but telemtry isn't working - help
You Need a voltage divider if you want to use voltages higher then 3.3V.
The intern voltage divider is Ratio 4 to 1, so 4 * 3.3 = 13.2. If you put in 13.2 the voltage divider puts out 3.3, so 13.2V is Maximum for 4:1.
You can build your own voltage divider with 2 resistors and one capacitor.

Re: Did the mods but telemtry isn't working - help
You have to set the range of A1 and A2.
For example if you use the internal voltage sensor for A1 you have to set it to 13.2V.
It's working because you have RSSI
And remember: never put higher voltages then 3.3V on A1 or A2.

Master/Trainer with other brands?
Hi there, I'd like know some facts about using other branded Radios as Trainer Transmitter.
I don't know if it is the way like it is on the 9X, if the voltage is low (like Spektrum) it simply doesn't work.
And what if the voltage is rather high? Could this do damage to the Taranis?
