Re: OpenTX 9XR THs timer running non-stop
However my issue was not being able to reset the timer back to 00:00 by pushing and holding the exit button. Simply because it has changed, it's now menu short, and it brings up a menu with different options instead of just resetting everything. Thank you for the solution. I guess I'm not keeping u...

Thank you for the reply.
However my issue was not being able to reset the timer back to 00:00 by pushing and holding the exit button.
I decided to go back to ver. 2281 all is well again.
Thanks again.

Re: OpenTX 9XR THs timer running non-stop
Hello again,
Still getting used to opentx 2688 for skyboard v.3
Similar situation as above, but more basic.
All sticks are as they should be for me, however I cannot reset my timer with long exit.
I'm missing something again.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Mike

Re: Sound list for Sky9x Rev3 board
Hello, I hope I'm in the correct thread, or please direct me. I just updated my sky9x ver. 3 board with opentx ver. 2688. All went well but I seem to have lost my sounds. Changed sd folder from (sounds) to (9xsounds) to (voices). I know I'm missing something. Also, the latest c9x shows a (sd structu...

Re: openTX-r2491
Thanks guys, I had the money in my pocket for a Taranis when I went to the Toledo Show. It's truly on top of my wishlist. But it seems that's still gonna be a while before I get my hands on one. Even tried the"pre-buy". Fortunately for me, I only have 1 9x to sell. But when I finally do ge...

Re: openTX-r2491
Plus One with kone's thoughts. Same hardware, only for me the issue is that the alarm is hard for me to hear. I just completed installing the audio jack and haptic buzzer on my Sky9x board to possibly help my dilemma only to realize today that the alarm causing my concern is emanating from the DJT m...

audio setup in companion 9x
Hello, Just a quick question. I'm running opentx2281 along with companion 1.27. Is companion capable of audio playback to simulate the tx? If so, please direct me to setting that up. I noticed in companion the "sound samples directory" in the preferences, and put sound files in the root di...

Re: Programming Audio in Open9X
Got it again. Thank you. Previously I tricked the fw by editing the numbered voice files in Ersky9x. Hence my confusion. This idea will be easier.
This stuff is great!!
Thank you all.

Re: Programming Audio in Open9X
Got it. Thank you. My path was wrong. I copied the contents of 9xsounds rather than entire 9xsounds folder. Now l'm off to figuring out how to use it. I can't seem to access the numbered files for use. Only named files. I had my own model names in Ersky9x. Any posted instructions regarding this? Or ...

Re: Programming Audio in Open9X
You need the 9XSOUNDS and 9XSOUNDS/SYSTEM directories on your SD with files there. Did you download the zip from companion9x? I downloaded the files and put them on the sd. Companion directed me to (english-english-sky9x.zip). Still getting the same error. I'm flashing "open9x for sky9x"....

Re: Programming Audio in Open9X
Hello, could we back up a bit for a newbe? I just completed flashing to open9x using my ver. 3 sky board with sd card installed. All my audio worked with ersky9x, however when I go into "custom functions" and try to enter a wav file, I get an error stating that there are "no sounds on...

Re: Throttle Stick loosing its calibration?
Yes, I did. However, after thinking about it for a while, I went back and reflashed open9x, recalibrated, and all seems to be okay. I believe I was overwriting my settings in c9x as mentioned earlier. I guess I got that experience that I was looking for. (Place embarrased emoticon here). Thank you, ...

Re: Throttle Stick loosing its calibration?
Hello everyone, I'm not sure if this helps or not, but I just wanted to share. After getting my helis back up and flying after my ver. 3 sky board upgrade, I thought today I'd try and flash open9x just for the experience. After doing so, I got the same message at startup that started this discussion...

Re: Companion 9x vs Sam-ba 2.12
Thank you all for your patience and input. It indeed was helpful. I did, in fact revert back to Sam-ba 2.11. And that took care of my issues. I also was advised to remove the RTC/backup battery during the coprocessor enabling. I was getting an error there too. (Thanks Brent). I think my noobe...

Companion 9x vs Sam-ba 2.12
Hello everyone, I've been following for a while, and hoped to get things going on my own. But now I'm asking for some help. Please be patient. I've just completed the hardware part of my ersky ver. 3 upgrade. Everything works great. I installed Sam-ba 2.12 with patch, and after a bit of a struggle, ...
