Re: ERSKY9X on Taranis
Hi mike, Not sure what the gps fix is I only know that based on personal experience gps velocity and attitude measures are way off and that andre mentioned the gps issue is fixed for opentx 2.0. I thought you had some gps test code for ersky9x? I fly usually weekdays weather permitting but at the mo...

Re: ERSKY9X on Taranis
I may confuse things having two binaries in a single file. The openTx r2940 just has the bootloader and a fix for the countdown. The x9d.bin (ersky9x for Taranis) has the haptic and GPS code in. I haven't had a chance to actually fly with the GPS code, too windy most of the time to fly at all here....

Mike regarding the X9d.bin that includes opentx 2940 plus haptic support and GPS fix, does the gps fix height measurement as well as speed? I had the gps the old vario and some other sensors, pretty much useless data apart from vario height, all sensors were off even temp http://www.rcgroups.com/for...

Guys I have an issue with telemetry and measured values using taranis 2940 & d8r-xp & sensor hub & gps & triaxis acceleration sensors. Files here http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showpost.php?p=28441097&postcount=3426 I think its a problem with opentx if not can someone enlighten m...

Re: OpenTX - Nightly builds for pre-2.0 testing
Got it, you posted it enough times already ;) Might have to wait for the telemetry rework. Currently each telemetry value is completely independent (i.e. would need separate implementations). The new system will be common for all and will make that kind of things much easier. Not trying to be pushy...

Re: OpenTX - Nightly builds for pre-2.0 testing
Personally I think all trims for FM1 to FM8 should default to FM0 trims That's what they do? and empty entries in flight modes that have "own value" and "0" should default to "flight mode 0" Don't understand. Isn't that the opposite of what you say above? No.. my propo...

Here's another one that just came to mind. I'm not an expert with Photoshop but I tried to get the contrast up in order to see the Addiction X logo and make out the flames better. Needs more though. This is an enhancement for companion. The spreadsheet contains the equations to compute the new channel range based on a given weight and offset. This is useful if you want to calculate the channel range of a source using a set weight and offset. I rearranged these equations and workout the new rela...

Does the change also support to bypass a1 id (the one currently associated with internal rx voltage) and send telemetry data to the tx for two analog external measured voltages via the x8r2analog device?

Re: XR8 rx telemetary sensors
Guys can you please correct me if I'm wrong but the latest opentx firmware seems to support the x8r2analog and enables a2.
Does this meand we can use the x8r2analog connected to the s-port (currently a1 rx voltage and a2 lipo measured input) and also connect to servo via s-bus?

Re: XR8 rx telemetary sensors
It's on my todo list, but I'm a bit busy with the 9XR-PRO at the moment. I have a version of the code for the device that reads a second analog input. I need to look at the FrSky SPort UART device (with 2 analog inputs called A3 and A4) and probably output this second analog as A3. Mike. Thanks Mik...

Re: XR8 rx telemetary sensors
Hi guys, I wanted to use my x8r with the x8r2analog device that can use with 2 analog inputs from a voltage reducer. Any chance to get an eta when (and if) we will have a modified x8r2analog firmware with the required changes / support from opentx/ersky9x?
Thanks
Thanks

Re: Christmas is coming
Brent,
I assume the new board will fit straight in the old 9xr case?
Are we still stuck with the same number of 2p/3p switches?
do you know if HK will release the 9xr pro replacement boards with the tx release?
Cheers
George

OK this is what i think is really going on.. Basically OpenTX and the team behind it needs our help.. I said my thoughts in the RCG taranis thread... http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showpost.php?p=26491266&postcount=13063 the OpenTx team and Frsky need to resolve this internally... AND they need to end the speculations regarding the future of OpenTx etc. Speculations are bad, very bad indeed! esp...
