Re: Glitches on my servos (USM)
Hi Ray, This may be the cause for your servo glitches. My experience with servo glitches was caused with having the servo wires running close and/or touching each other. Part of the signal to one servo will jump to the other servo wire causing a servo glitch (electromagnetic radiation). The fix for ...

Re: Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) setting up
Review the Trouble: The trouble is when revering the motor direction F/R, the VFD goes into overload fault E.oLL and to stop this fault from happening I have set F142 to 8.2 amps, but it should be set to 3.5 amps for proper protection. Update: I replied back to Vevor's questions and also again aske...

I have been asking VEVOR for some help and whoever may be answering (seems to be from several different persons) may be helpful. I...

Re: Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) setting up
Vevor VFD Box_fb.jpg Hi Kilrah, Thank you for advising to keep an eye on the box temperature. I did mod the bottom of the box by adding a screen and a deflector to help with air flow in and out of the box. This VFD has a fan with a strong cooling air flow out of the bottom and I believe the back of...

Re: New TH3D Bed Cement (3D Printing)
You may not have had trouble finding where the Bed-Cement application-pad is, but I did and because, when I unscrewed the cap and moved the shipping seal the application-pad was no where to be found. There is no instructions and/or photos to show where the application-pad is hidden. I asked TH3D &qu...

I am planing to enclose the VFD in a box at the back of the machine

Re: Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) setting up
On this VEVOR VFD 7.5 Model: H100-7.5S2-C0 there is on the VFD keyboard a F/R button which will reverse the motor direction. Re: May need help setting up a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD)
Mostly I will not be needing to be adjust the motor speed with the VFD and with that said, I do need to be able to reverse the motor direction using the VFD. I also decided to change F007 "Starting Frequency" to 15 Hz, which this helps with preventing the fault E.oLL a little. F011 "L...

Re: May need help setting up a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD)
Update: Studying the manual and adjusting function parameter settings, I was still getting the overload fault "E.oLL". I was able to get a work-around from the fault being tripped by changing the function parameter setting F007 Lowest Hz: from .5 Hz to 6 Hz, but the fault would still happ...

Hi pmullen503, Thank you for your info, as it is good and helpful info. I believe 4 poles are correct for this function parameter: F143 “Number of Motor Poles”.
