Re: 9x been modded

If I remember correctly, you could do your own upgrade to have Telemetry or purchase from Steven, his plug and play 9x TelemetrEZ board, which was much easier to install. The SP board did the USB Program flashing and the Back Light for the display. More about the (Rev 2.3: White board. Now includes ...

WOW ! how things have changed in just a few years. I still have one 9x with Steven's 9x SP 9x Programmer (Rev 2.3) board and with the 9x TelemetrEZ (Rev 1.0) board. I have always run the telemetry wires through the back of the radio case to the FrSky transmitter too. I have several old un-used SP 9...

Thank you Mike. I will post the results when I have had some time to work on it. Re: Upgrading from 9XR-Pro to X9D+ - a few questions

Did you make eepSkye (not eepe) set the " Preferences " setting for your new erSky9x-Taranis plus ? :?: Mike can tell you better, but I think this is what you want to be trying to do. 1) (edit) In eepSkye, read the EEPROM from Taranis radio and name it. Re: Desoldering The Atmega Chip Using Chip Quik

I also do not buy much from Amazon, but do use the Prime Movies which is under $14.00 a month
and when I do buy from them there is free and faster shipping.
I was planing to cancel after the 30 day trial time, but found I liked the Prime Movies, for now.
May cancel at some point.

Hi Sterling101, I have a Taranis X9d and running erSky9x on it, but I do not have the 9XR-Pro. I think your 9XR-Pro has 2 position switches and the Taranis comes with 3 position switches, which I believe you will need to make some programing adjustment for labeling switch positions. Did the 9xSky screen upgrade at the same time.
I am in the USA and you are in Australia, shipping may be a lot if I do have it.
