Re: Flashing TH3D_UFW_U1.R2.T4_Testing Firmware (CR10 3D Printer)

Hi Mezoforta, Tim at TH3D has upgraded the firmware several time since Nov 01, 2018, so Tim has changed where and how some of the functions work now. With that said, I have upgraded my CR10's control board to the EZBoard Lite which is a more powerful and uses different TH3D firmware. I am not up to ...

Re: 3D Printed RC Truck Wheel Rims (CR10 3D Printer)

Did the Hard-Test to see how the new 3D printed PETG filament Rims would hold up.

The results turns out really great, I like them a lot, very happy with them. :D
I believe they are much stronger then the stock rims, as they all broke.

You can find here info about flashing Tim's new TH3D EZFirmware (version: TH3D U2.R1.B1),
which increases the buffering size (stored data size) for the Printing Data received.

After this there are several calibrating process's that are needed to be done. 1) P.I.D. Autotune : https://openrcforums.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=129&t=12350 2) Next go to " Store settings " to save your new values. 3) Calibrate Extruder Estep Value if you need to, find here: https://openrcforums.c...

Re: Installing TH3D Tough Direct Drive Extruder with Heatsink and V6 Hotend (Upgraded CR10s 3D Printer)

11) With the CR10 series of 3D Printers, you may want to do a mod to the Y-axis.
This will help with being able to use the full area of your Print-bed surface.
See here how I improved the Y-axis travel: https://openrcforums.com/forum/viewtopi ... 29&t=12325

10) Next do your P.I.D. Autotuning for the Hotend.
Note: Normally you do Not need to do a P.I.D. Autotune for the heated print-bed.
