Thanks for your help, I'm using open TX 2.3.14 and using R8 pro receiver on Access. ESC is connected as per the instructions and working as far as throttle is concerned just no telemetry which is connected via the smart port.

That would explain an awful lot of head scratching! I'm not over familiar with using Lua scripts but if I download the PC version and buy an STK tool I guess that would work?

Can anybody help me to get the Neuron II esc to talk to BL Heli. I have the USB adapter, installed the correct drivers for windows but whatever way i plug the Neuron in it wont open in BL Heli.

I'm sure I'm doing something daft!

Does anybody know how to make the Lua script MahRe2.lua work with the 150 A sensor and companion 2.3.14. It all loads and in telemetry I can see the mAh consumption counting up as I put a load on the battery but the main screen countdown doesn't change.

Many thanks the receiver he has is brand new so in theory we can use the latest firmware version 2.3.14? which is what I am running on my 2019 taranis.

Quick question a new club member has arrived with a very old 9XD plus can I upgrade this to the latest version of firmware or is there a limit to where I can upgrade?

I have just done a first backup of my new 9XD plus 2019 and the bin file is saved as normal, when I double click on the bin file it says cant extract data and starts to open the old version of companion. If I open 2.3.14 first and do file open it can read it?

Thanks that's what I did, I rolled it back because it crashed the 9XD 2019 when I tried to flash the firmware, I have an old 9xd plus that I want to transfer to the new one so I thought it better to have a working stable version on each.

Finally sorted out my firmware issues by rolling back to 2.3.12, now companion writes to the Tx including splash screens, my final niggle is the transmitter now says expecting SD card version 2.3.12 Version 36, on the website there is 34, 35 and 38, all of which I have tried but it still wants 36. T...

I am upgrading the firmware in my 9xd 2019 to 2.3.14 and it crashed the radio everytime I write from my PC, when I flash it from the sd card it works fine, but I cant download a splash screen.

Any suggestions greatly accepted

Thanks, I did download 2.3.12 companion from open tx website all the versions are available, but I will take your advice and upgrage the older one first.

Not totally sure I understood that, the 2019 already has 2.3.12 installed...are you saying its not possible to flash the old 9XD plus any higher than 2.2.4?

Quick question I have a 9xd plus running 2.2.2 firmware, I have also just bought a 9XD Plus 2019 which has 2.3.12 firmware. can i upgrade the 2.2.2 to 2.3.12 before i transfer the models across?

When I connect my Taranis 9xd+ to companion everything is there apart from when I go to radio settings...the splash screen which works on my radio and the sound file that plays is not seen in settings.

Any Ideas?
