S6R receiver questions

Do you just have to set up one extra swtich to do the torque rolls. Right now I have a 3 position switch for Full Stabilization, Slight Gyro help, and no help at all. Can you explain how you set it up for the torque rolls. I guess there is a calibration once everything is installed in the airplane w...

Re: Trainer

So if I have extras but just want me to have control of them then I don't need to set up a complete student? If I just want them to have 4 main functions do I at least have to make a new model in the student?

Thanks

Trainer

If you set up a second FRSky Taranis radio as a trainer does the model from the first have to be copied to the student like a Futaba. With Spektrum you don't need to copy the model to the student radio.

Any thoughts on wired vs wireless training.

Re: GPS Sensor

I transposed the S + - with a silver felt pen to the top and transposed them backwards. Everything is fine now.

GPS Sensor

I purchased the GPS Sensor which I connected to my receiver 1-8 and it has telemetry turned one. One my X10S on the telemetry screen I am getting RSSI and Receiver Bat Voltage. When I do discover new sensors it doesn't come up with the GPS. The red light appears to be flashing quickly and I even tri...

How do I assign trim to my steering channel

I set up a separate channel for steering to follow the rudder. I need to have a separate trim on that channel which happens to be 13 so I can trim just the steering. I could use one of the knobs on the top for the steering but I don't know how to assign it. Figured it out. Had to assign a new input.

Variable Speed on Motors

I'm going to switch my electric float plane with 2 motors from my Futaba to my X10S. I have each motor set up on a seperate channel. I have a switch set up to couple the throttle on the motors to the rudder. This way on taxi out as I move the rudder to the right I will get more throttle on the left ...

Is it necessary to calibrate the sticks once in a while or if not when is it a good idea.

output endpoints

Seems like this screen should be defaulting to 100% for the endpoints. Someone said this might be microseconds instead of percentage but I can't find out where to default it back.
