Re: Scripts for ersky9x

Interesting, could it be modified to support kiss and/or betaflight FC settings as well? Unfortunately, I'm not a programmer so I wouldn't be able to do it myself

Re: ERSKY9x Questions

Well, I figured it out. Turns out the frk file needs to be on the root of the firmware directory and not in a folder

Re: ERSKY9x Questions

Quick question, how do I flash frsky receivers from ersky9x and taranis? I'm familiar with the procedure from opentx, but when I try on this setup, the firmware doesn't find the file to flash. I put the firmware files on the SD card in the Firmware directory https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20190226...

Re: Crossfire telemetry and GPS data

Ok, from my testing yesterday, it seemed like cus6 was the mode as you describe in post #2. I will do some more real-life testing as soon as the weather clears and I'm able to get out and fly, not just messing around with it inside https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20190116/7f48ea3e0b0b424e324f8aab0d...

Re: Crossfire telemetry and GPS data

In opentx, there are two crossfire telemetry variables I normally use for signal strength warnings. That is RQly (Receive Quality) and RFMD (2=150Hz fast mode, 1=50Hz normal mode, 0=4Hz slow mode). I couldn't find them in the list of telemetry variables in the ersky9x firmware. Do they have a differ...

Re: Crossfire telemetry and GPS data

Thanks, it looks like that version is working. I havent lost telemetry for several minutes, and I can see the GPS coordinates on the screen. The altitude doesnt seem to be right, 21meters on my OSD and 2.1m on the taranis.

Re: RE: Re: Crossfire telemetry and GPS data

I found one small bug that might explain the loss of telemetry, if the telemetry data wasn't correct at some point. I've posted a test version with this fixed, and also some debug counters added. These counters may help locate where the telemetry data, that looks OK in your log file, is going missi...

Re: Crossfire telemetry and GPS data

Please go here: https://openrcforums.com/forum/viewtopi ... 676#p65894, and download ersky9xProvR222d2.zip. Backup your existing EEPROM and then flash ersky9xr_rom.bin from the zip file. I think the crossfire telemetry will then work OK. Mike Thank you. I assume that the correct version to flash wa...

Re: Crossfire telemetry and GPS data

Ok, found them on the screen. But it doesn't look like the crossfire telemetry is working. It might as well be myself that I haven't configured the telemetry as I should in the taranis fw, but as you can see from the pictures, the crossfire module receives the GPS data https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.c...

Crossfire telemetry and GPS data

Hi, I just flashed ersky9x to my taranis plus and was wondering if it is possible to get the crossfire LQ and GPS data from betaflight shown and logged on the taranis? I have already found the telemetry and logging menus, but I can't find any GPS coordinates or LQ. I scrolled through the posts in th...
