Or nobody reading this knows!
I don't have a T16S so I don't know (and I use erskyTx anyway).

My hope was to reach some of the devs here, because in the past I got very valuable and useful information here.

Re: Help with Trainer-Input (Radiomaster TX16s, but not only)

Either the question is too simple or just dumb, or it requires a lot of explanation ...

Nobody to give me some clues?

Re: RadioMaster TX16s serial ports

Isn't there anyone to answer these question? In general it would be nice to know, where I can provide serial (SBUS) trainer input and where to get telemetry output. Maybe there is a summary, where I can get this kind of information? Would be very happy, if someone could guide me ... (perhaps also to...

Re: RadioMaster TX16s serial ports

In the hal.h I found information that these ports are AUX and AUX2. Looks like they were intended to be used with BT and GPS.

Can anyone shed a little bit more light on them?

Re: RadioMaster TX16s: where do I activate LUA and telemetry scripts

I am using the trim buttons t6 and t5 for now.
A little bit annoying is, da one has to disable them in flightmodes and define inputs for them.

Trim need then first to be disabled in flight mode to disable the beeps and everything, then create an input with it I guess, or control a mix based on MAX I have to define an inputs with two lines: - one is active with tEd outputting MAX - one is active with !tEd outputting -MAX (or 0) Then pushin...

Where / on which interfaces can one supply serial trainer input?

Disabled.

'tool' scripts run exclusive.
Ok, thats no good news.

Then I have to use some switches or pots ... until the widgets support events from the ui-buttons

Re: RadioMaster TX16s: where do I activate LUA and telemetry scripts

Ok, the frequency the tools-scripts are called seems to be much higher than telemetry scripts. So the debug sometimes yields a kind of overflow. The good thing is, that porting telemetrie scripts to tools scripts is easy (well, no lcd.drawScreenTitle() ?). One drawback is, that running a tools scrip...

There are no telemetry scripts on any of the color radios in OpenTX, widgets are used instead. Ok, thank you. I used the telemetry scripts and their event-handling to create some interactive functionality. How can I do that now? Are widget script capable of processing button events? No, but switch ...

Setting up Master/Multi

Hi all, I try to use Master/Multi trainer setup using a Radioamaster TX16s and a Jumper T12. On the trainer radio I use FS2A_RX on the internal RF-module an FlySky_2A on the T12. I manged to bind them and setup up some pupil/slave inputs from the T12 to the TX16s. So long, so good. But, how do I con...

Help with Trainer-Input (Radiomaster TX16s, but not only)

Hi all,

sorry for a perhaps dumb question, becuase I stil did not get it right:

where can I supply digital(SBUS) trainer input?

- to the dsc Jack?
- to pin2 of the module bay?
- to one of the TTL serial ports?

What options do I have to select in OpenTX?

Thank you!

Re: Radiomaster TX16s USB-serial

I just compiled the RM TX16s firmware, and I found the two additional serial ports(TTL) in the hardware config.

I there can select SBUS in and LUA and Telemtry mirror an in.

Is that functional already?
What do these settings mean?

Is SBUS meanung trainer-input? As from the DSC-jack?

RadioMaster TX16s: where do I activate LUA and telemetry scripts

Hi all, just wanted to move my telemetry scripts from my Jumper T12 to my new TX16s. So I copied the scripts to the TELEMETRY and MIXES folders in SCRIPTS. Re: Compiling for Radiomaster TX16s

Yes, seems the error is introduced due my very new compiler: something change in C/C++ that typedef unnamed structs must have a tag name.

Maybe the CMSIS (thridparty) is outdated?

I was able to compile the firmware for tx16s the last weeks, but some days ago it started producing the following error: Scanning dependencies of target datacopy [ 3%] Generating datacopy.cpp thirdparty/STM32F4xx_DSP_StdPeriph_Lib_V1.4.0/Libraries/CMSIS/De...
