Never mind. Upgraded my Tx to R223 and it has now flashed the Rx. I don't know why that should make a difference but it has so all good

I must be missing something then. I set my HT to output on ppm7,8 and 9 and then set a mix for channel 7,8 and 9 with the source as ppm7,8 and 9. Weight etc as default. Yep. R221. I have ppm 1-16 available in the mixer inputs but nothing above 8 works for me. Not an issue really but strange that it does not work.
Just out of curiosity and a lack of imagination what would use Sbus through the trainer port?

As I see it João there is only ppm 1- 8 available through the trainer port. At least according to the manual.

Yes. Thanks guys. I already have it setup like that. In my obviously incorrect thinking that I had limited inputs I was trying to use ppm9 and above just as an experiment for when I increase the outputs but that does not work.

Ah. Ok. In that case I am confusing input/output. I was thinking the 16 available ppm inputs were used by the 16 outputs. So you could mix and match but only within those 16.

I have searched all over but can't find an answer to this. I would like to use the higher PPM inputs ( 9-16 ) primarily for a head tracker. Is it possible to do this through the trainer port?
