I did originally have a test setup I used on my computer, running the script language within QTCreator.
Does that mean you can run the scripts without having to upload them to the TX? This yould be great I think.

Re: Script Language

Yes the encoder is working fine normally. But in the script it isn't for some reason. Maybe I got another fault in the script which causes the rotary encoder to behave strange. I'll post the script tomorrow so that you can try it. In the inav.lua script it is possible to set up a personal config whi...

Re: Taranis QX7 bluetooth

Cool :D I can help you testing if it is needed. Maybe you programm it the way it is when you select internal / external rf module. I had another idea I think it would be cool to know wether the BT is active or not without going into the BT menu. My idea was to add an indicator (maybe the bt symbol o...

Re: Taranis QX7 bluetooth

Hello, I just had an idea. I don't know if it is possible but I wanted to share my idea anyway. I wondered if it is possible to install a software related power switch for the bluetooth module with a transistor and one of the processor pins that normally can be used for extra switches. My Problem wi...

Re: FrskyRX_USB dongle

I changed the usb (two times) and I rebuilt the rx on a breadboard and I get the same result. Do you think that the atmega might be faulty? I also haven't installed the cc2500. I sadly don't have another atmega to test it.

Re: IRX4 Plus

FlashMulti_9xt.app is only a app you can use to flash the multiprotocol. You have to compile your own version of the firmware from https://github.com/pascallanger/DIY-Multiprotocol-TX-Module/releases with arduino. You have to use a special bootloader on the multiprotocol to flash the multiprotocol w...

Re: update firmware for X7 tx

for ersky9x: You have to create a folder called "FIRMWARE" on the root of your sd card and there you need to put the firmware file. for opentx: Download https://downloads.open-tx.org/2.2/sdcard/opentx-x7/ the zip file and unzip it on the root of your sd card and put the firmware-file in the folder "...

Re: ArduVoice-9x Voice Module with Arduino for the 9x Radio

Hello, I wanted to install an arduvoice and everything seems to work (flashing bootloader). I have installed 1N4001 diodes instead of the bat85 because I only had those and I thought it's worth a try. I couldn't flash firmware using the diodes. After that I removed them and the only thing I got was ...

Re: Taranis QX7 bluetooth

Go to the radio setup/Bluetooth menu, and try setting the name for the module. I tried to name it "Taranis", but when I go to my PC I can find the bluetooth module still named "hc-06", but I can't connect to it. I can see the led and it's always just blinking fast(maybe this helps). BTW on the stat...

Re: Taranis QX7 bluetooth

Hey
I have my qsx7 now and I installed ersky9x and a hc06(I only had that one... but I ordered a hc05.)
I don't really understand how to bind it to my pc or phone. Do I have to connect the en pin on a hc06?
Is there a way to see if the radio talks to the bluetooth module?

Re: Taranis QX7 bluetooth

Give me a couple of days to wire a HC-05 in to my QX7. As the QX7 uses the same USART as one option on the 9Xtreme, I have the code to drive it readily available, so I've already built ersky9x for the QX7 with bluetooth support for a HC-05 (and HC-06!). I need to document how to wire the HC-05 to t...

Taranis QX7 bluetooth

Hello, I ordered a taranis qx7 and i wondered if it's possible to install a bluetooth modul internally. As you propably know there's a free space for a bluetoothmodul (only installed in qx7s). I mean that the display contrast just went to 0, while I was setting up a model in er9x. Maybe it's somethink that has nothing to do with er9x. I don't know.
