Mike does it make sense that TelRxCount is counting up with the 9Xtreme turned on while the X4R and the tricopter it is in is not connected to power?

I was wondering about that. I noticed it earlier and I am looking at it now. It looks like Hex and it is indeed counting up. So I am receiving telemetry but for some reason its not displaying it?
