I didn't realized that when I closed the back cover one of the wire was disconnected, too short. I made a longer cable and now I can set the BT role (master or slave). Thanks for your help anyways.

Hi Mike, I did everything as per instructions including connect a wire from erase pin (lower left pin of the J9 socket on the mainboard) to pin 34 of the HC-05 module but still can't set the bt role as master/slave.
