Re: 9XR PRO - better gimbals

Thanks for the reply Mike.
However, I have abandoned the option of using a TGY9X or TGY9x Pro.
I will continue to test my intermittently faulty RMTX16S mk11.

Re: 9XR PRO - better gimbals

Is this thread too old for me to post on?
I have a question about the possible compatibility of RadioMaster Hall sensor gimbals with a Turnigy 9X Pro tx.

I have asked this question over on the Rcgroups thread, but no received an answer yet.

OpenXsensor vario for FlySky

Hello,

I am hoping to find assistance to build an openXsensor vario to suit FlySky FlySky AFHDS 2A protocol.
Please direct me if this is the wrong place or there is already a thread on this subject.

Thanks.

Thanks Erwin.

I cannot find my way to navigate that site.
Where and how do I find the sketch for this version please?

Apologies for my ignorance.

Protocol selection for FlySky

Can someone please advise what protocol selection I should enable in the openXsensor for FlySky receivers.
I already have two in commission using BMP 280 on Frsky protocol.

Thanks,

Internal voltage reference. (solved)

I am planning to add LiPo voltage sensing on my openXsensor which currently has vario and GPS functioning successfully. There are multiple notes about the type of voltage reference selected and used as in this example here: https://github.com/openXsensor/openXsensor/blob/master/openXsensor/oXs_confi...

I plan to add LiPo voltage sensing to my existing openXsensor. What is the maximum voltage limit into the arduino? And what pin # is the output of the voltage divider connected to please? Filter cap

A 100pF ceramic cap connected to (D)8 and GND solved a similar issue for me. Interference was presumably caused by RX telemetry. OpenTX filtering should not be neccessary imo. I finally got around to fitting a capacitor across D8 and GND on my OpenXsensor. Fixed my jittery telemetry problem. Thanks...

Faulty FrSky D8R-11 Plus rx.

A short explanation for at least some of my travails in getting an openXsensor working.
I discovered that the receiver I was using to test it was faulty.
Very poor range and intermittent RSSI.

My apologies for no picking this up earlier.

Re: New nano and uno boards arrived.

There is a conflict around the respective 12C address's I am advised. I read instructions somewhere that the adafruit library for the BN-180 has to be downloaded and edited with the 12C address changed to xx76. The BN-180 communicates with TX RX, NOT over I2C bus! So why should you change an addres...
