Did you clean those connections with isopropyl alcohol after doing that? Using (de)solder braid typically still leaves a hard layer of rosin on the surface which must be washed off in this case.

So the simple question would be would this fix a 9X that is broken from reverse polarity? Others may disagree, but unfortunately I think that is one of those "How long is a piece of string?" questions. If we could guarantee what happens when you apply power in a reverse-polarised fashion ...

So In looking at the below picture I see how to hook up the bluetooth , however in the purple text there is a quick side note about Soldering PA5 to Pin 34 on the Bluetooth board and the note says "Please See Relevant Picture" what picture? What is this wire for? I believe this is the pic...

Prepare your 9x transmitter... Revert electronic hacks back to stock so that any issues that may arise may be easier to diagnose, plus it just makes sense - else caveat emptor :P Be sure to clean contact points between 9x & 9Xtreme connection pads/pins with Isopropyl Alcohol (Isopropanol). If an...
