I finally had some time to mess with this and it works great in Freerider. The config in the game sucks though, it randomly inverts the signals and you have to try a few times to get it setup right.

Mike, you are amazing. Thanks for all your hard work on this! I will anxiously await the new version.

I never changed the settings before so I don't know what they were. I simply plugged it in and it worked. Has anyone gotten the 9xtreme to work with one of these programs? If so what cable are you using? I'd be more than willing to buy a better cable if I knew it was going to work.

I just tried to reduce the channels and it doesn't seem to do anything, even if I drop it to 4.

Alright, I've downloaded it and flashed to my 9X, the polarity option for trainer is there now and I switched it to NEG. It works! I get a response from the calibration tool in both games. Great! Thanks Mike. I had tried the negative polarity, good to know that it doesn't do anything when you switch it in the menu.
