Re: 9Xtreme Connecting XJT Module

I have tried all the combinations of everything in this thread. I get receiver/transmitter numbers when I reverse the wires on what is being talked about on page 1. Maybe my settings inside the controller are off? I am using the same setup that works with the d4r II I'm no expert by any means, but ...

Re: Lua Scripts on 9xtreme

I personally have no idea what a Lua script is so I can't answer that. Yes, there have been updates. You can return to the product page and check the "updating firmware" tab for details. Thanks for the firmware info. I am new to LUA scripts as well. Just heard of it when I got the anysens...

Lua Scripts on 9xtreme

Hi guys, I am wondering if it is possible to use Lua Scripts on the 9xtreme with ersky9x? I bought an anysense telemetry module and this module has lua scripts made for Taranis. https://github.com/cemizm/TaranisLuaScripts I am wondering if I can use it for the 9xtreme as well? Also it has been some ...

Cool, just wanted to know. Thanks for the quick reply. I guess I will just stick a lipo to the back of the monitor.

Thanks again.

Power output from 9x

Hi,

Is it possible to power something like a FPV monitor off of the 9x using the barrel connector at the side? I am using the Turnigy 9x with 9xtreme board.

Thanks.

Re: Taranis Gimals in a 9X

Measure with a ohm meter between the orange wire and either the red or the brown wires while you move the stick. If the resistance changes between about 0 and about 2.5K, then it is non amplified. I believe they don't sell the amplified ones anymore anyway.. I measured it and it was 500 to 2.5K, is...

Re: 9Xtreme Connecting XJT Module

With the XJT, the black wire soldered there is all you need.. Better put a connector in between though, so you can separate both halves of the radio when opening it.. As far as the DJT is concerned, it depends. Is it modded? If so, how? But if you have a XJT, you won't need the DJT as the XJT can w...

Thanks João for the quick reply. :)
So I just solder the black wire there? How about the other wire? I think it is the white wire.

And also does this work with XJT and also DJT? Thanks.

Re: 9Xtreme Connecting XJT Module

kaznad: You do still need to connect the black wire for the telemetry to pin 5 (bottom pin) of the module connector. Mike. Oh, I was under the impression that the XJT you dun need to connect the wire. So I have to drill a hole and connect it to the outside of the module? Is there anyway without dri...

Re: 9Xtreme Connecting XJT Module

Have you set the protocol to PXX, not PPM, and D8 mode? Mike. Hi Mike, I tried setting the protocol to PXX and the type to D8. I still cannot get telemetry. I was able to get it to work in terms of controls, but no telemetry. In the telemetry menu I went to Custom Display 1 and choose RSSI and Batt...

Re: 9Xtreme Connecting XJT Module

Hi, I have the 9xtreme on my 9x, I used to have a DJT module but was told I needed to route wires to the back of the module to get telemetry. I also read somewhere that the XJT module works without any modification. I bought an XJT module but it doesn't seem to have any telemetry data. I am using it...

1. See: http://openrcforums.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=7715#p102758 . 2. The SD card stores the voice files, and may also be used to log telemetry data. Newer firmware may either be flashed directly to the processor, or placed on the SD card and flashed from there. Mike. Wow, you can flash f...

Re: eepskye

Unfortunately not. As we are using a STM processor, when you plug the USB in with power off it starts in the STM ROM bootloader. This is selected by a hardware signal, while on the Atmel processor on the 'PRO uses an internal programmable fuse to select this. Mike. Ah that did it. I din know it has...

Thank you everyone. I've downloaded the file Voice Pack 9XR-Pro 16Khz.zip.

So do I just dump the zip file in the root folder of the SD card? Or should I unzip it to the root folder of the SD card. Thank you.

Hi, I joined this forum just to discuss on the 9xtreme board. :D Installed the board on my x9, works great.
