I just flashes one radio with atmega64 from the last firmware here,

And i flashed 2 radios 2 weeks ago (they had atmega128) from:

Atmega128 firmware is up to date?

It should read 5v as Mike says? Here's the schematic. Pin 11 of the m64. Meter leads skip and short when you use them with power in. I make special probes with needles and a wooden stick. You have nothing to lose I guess.. that is why I asked if you already had an arduino board. If you did you wouldn't need to buy an oscillator as the arduino could be programmed to do the same.. Lets get a few more opinions. The radio should really be working if it was working before you closed the ...

Not physical fuses.. These are like the bios on your computer.. The fuses in this case will for example tell the processor if it works with internal clock, or with an external Crystal.. If they got messed up the CPU could have been configured to work with the internal clock and the radio won't star...

I could see that the usbasap is not giving me the 5v.... only 4.1, i plugged the battery and now i've got 5v.. but still the same problem .

I presume you are trying to flash it with eepe.. what is the error eepe is reporting? After trying to flash, go to the "Burn" menu in eepe and click "Review Output". This will display the output from the last time you tried to program the radio.. Copy it a post it here please.. ...

The last thing what i've tried is to flash er9x again like this. Did you manage to flash the radio after you saw the problem? That would mean the processor is working. Try disconnecting the backlight again. Is the programmer allways connected to the mainboard? If so you could also try disconnecting...
