looking for a 9x main board

I pulled the 3v pad off the left side of the board and can no longer see any text on my screen. For a while, it worked ok but has since stopped working and cannot be seen. I am looking to get a main board. I was hoping I could work out a mod for the er9x board but cannot see it fitting/working in th...

Re: dm9 130x issues

I tried bending the pins, no luck. I have tried it in 400us with pos shift as well to no avail. This is a new 9xr as I am dumb and managed to fry my last one. I recently updated the firmware on my radio from stock to the latest version of er9x that eepe popped up and asked me if I wanted to install....

dm9 130x issues

I am having some issues with my 9xr running the latest version of er9x, my dm9 module and my blade 130x. I have tried several model templates that I found that are known to work with the orange rx module, I've made several of my own from blank models, I tried another known working dm9 module, I have...

Bummer that they dont fit :( Mine arrived pretty darn quickly. Like a couple days quickly. Packed well and looks great. Going to pick up a new dremmel tomorrow so I'll just have a go at the fix when I get home with it.

Re: Insane amount of problems at efest

Ok so I have decided I want to remove my dsm2 mod after efest and only use my module. The problem there is I have all my wltoys quads/helis and I do not want to switch modules every time I put up a new plane. Is it possible to do the same mod with the wltoys transmitter as with the mlp4dsm tx? In th...

Insane amount of problems at efest

I used the mlp4dsm module out of the little toy boomerang radio for my 9x mod and had an absurd number of brown outs today. I also noticed 3 other planes go down that were using that actual radio. I know it had to do with the 20+ other radios that were running all day + all the 2.4 wifi signals they...

Re: The end of the DSM mod...

Got mine in the mail today. Seems to work great. Passes range check and binds to all the receivers I have tried so far. Hope to do some more testing tomorrow.

Re: 9x Compatible Modules

Orange rx DSM2 / DSMX http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__24656__OrangeRX_DSMX_DSM2_2_4Ghz_Transmitter_Module_JR_Turnigy_compatible_.html I bought one just to check it out. I have moved away from spektrum other than micros so my internal mod is still there. I figured it would be a good thing...

Re: mCP X Template

Here is my mCPx file. I took most of my settings directly from the mCPx manual. The throttle is on channel 1 and uses curves 1 and 2. Curve 1 is normal mode, curve 2 is idle up 1. Idle up 2 is just a straight 100% throttle output. Channel 2 is the aileron control, or roll. Channel 3 is the elevator...

Re: 6 channel dsm2 range issue

Deaf orange perhaps ;) Have you tried this receiver with a different transmitter? Clive Yes, worked perfectly on my dx6i. I also tried 2 other receivers with the same result. There is always a chance that I somehow managed to damage all 3 in swapping out receivers and all that but I am unsure if th...

6 channel dsm2 range issue

Ok so I recently (with the help of all you wonderful people :p ) installed the mlp4dsm module into my 9x running er9x. Now I can fly my ultra micro planes/helis without an issue. I can literally fly my little corsair 100+ feet up and as far out as I can possibly see without a single issue. Now when ...

Well I have 2 that are transmitter packs, 1 is a 2s, the other is a 3s. I mostly use my AA harness though.

Safe operating voltage?

Hey guys I just recently modded my turnigy 9x into a er9x/dsm2 compatible radio and I am loving it :p Much thanks to all of you and the hard work you put in and especially wanted to say thanks to Daryoon over at rcg (not sure your username here!) for putting up with all of my questions. I however, h...
