Simulating er9x

I am trying to simulate the er9x User Interface, like you were able to do with older Companion9x's.
I have some GUI mods for my personal taste, and I would like to port them to er9x, now that opentx has gone unfriendly to 9x.. :(

I tried eepe, but if I understand correctly, it does not have the UI simulator?

Any ideas?

UI? You mean to simulate the TX itself, with the same screens and all that? No eepe doesn't do that..

Too bad :( I found that very useful when working on the GUI. I'll see if I can make the changes to r790 that is used by the last companion9x, and then move them over to the lastest er9x. Hopefully not too diffucult.

Otherwise, would be great to have that functionality in eepe. It was in companion for a long time!

Mainly it is due to lack of time that it isn't in eepe. I've too many things to do!

What sort of changes to the GUI are you thinking of? Maybe others would like them as well.
I've done some changes the the RADIO SETUP menus in the latest test version. You now get an INDEX menu that, I feel, makes it easier to find what you want. If you want to look at it, go here: viewtopic.php?f=5&t=4598#p64969.

well, that is the thing between the 2 platforms. they are different. companion for example doesn't have the capability to program a model while being live by sending the channel data by serial using an arduino.

The next video shows it with eepskye, but I think this might also be in eepe? at least it has the send data button ;)
