Compainion AdjustGV bug?

I have a simple Adjust GV Custom Function which works fine on the Taranis, but does not work on Companion (Version 1.52)

If I have the Source to adjust GV1 as TrmR it works fine on the Taranis, but does nothing in Companion.

If I use Source LS it works fine on both Companion and the Taranis

I have a simple mix on CH10 to show the value of GV1. Depending on the Source it either moves, or doesn't.

It doesn't work with the trims as the firmware except a "trim press" event to increment/decrement the gvar, which doesn't exist in the simulator as it's a slider.
