Hi,
I have just updated firmware; however I do not think that is the reason for my problem.
I have just gone into companionx9 to set up a custom function to play a track and found that I can only set tracks that I currently use.
It seems that companionx9 does not know about all the other available tracks
I have tested the transmitter and that does show all available tracks on that same model or other models.
My preferences still point to the same Sounds folder.
I have even reassigned the sound folder but nothing works.
Any ideas?
missing tracks
Re: missing tracks
You need to make sure that you've put a copy of the new files in that folder.

I'm puzzled because I have not changed anything other than down load new firmware today?Kilrah wrote:You need to make sure that you've put a copy of the new files in that folder.
Re: missing tracks
That would have nothing to do with it. Just check the files really are in that folder you have in the settings, and you haven't inadvertently changed language in the general settings.

True; It was just a comment that I had not changed anything.Kilrah wrote:That would have nothing to do with it.

But you are correct, it was the path although I had not changed the path to the wavs.
Oddly my path was \Taranis\MyTransmitter\Voice\SOUNDS because the next box is en and the next directory is en; so that was my selection that has worked since I've used companion9x.
So I change the path to Taranis\MyTransmitter\Voice since that is the hint at the side of the "open folder" button and it now works!
How odd that it worked before many (10 or more) times then suddenly stopped.
Thanks for making me persist with the path
