flashing a hk kk v3 board

I need some help, I was told to purchase 1 of these 9x usbasp to use to flash my V3 kk board. has anyone in this forum use this to do flashing control boards if so I could use a lot of advise because all I get is error cant set fuses. THANKS in advance. PS sorry again to rperkins
