Throttle on switch

Post by graham »

Hope this is in the right place.

Have just started playing with Open Tx to get into the swing of it for the Taranis.
I am setting up an electric glider and want the throttle on a switch.
Went to mixes CH3 and allocated SF, works ok but when switching on the transmitter still refers to left stick as throttle for the throttle warning.
How do I get the throttle warning on SF?
Or am I doing this all wrong!

The throttle warning is tied to the throttle stick in all cases. You may want to use switch warning to make sure your switch is in the correct position.

But thanks for the improvement idea - as we have a way to choose which channel is throttle it should be possible to link the throttle warning to it!

Thanks Kilhah, I'll use the switch warning.

Got to say the Open Tx is a great tool, I am enjoying the learning curve.

Looking forward to the radio even more now I can see how good the programming is.
