Update ER9X - menu button problem. (Brazil)

Hi,
I followed various topics related to ER9X update, I have a problem similar to Ekill friend, in my case I tested the file as er9xtest1.hex friend mikeb and gave the Menu button is precionado or short, alquem could identify the board transistor so that I can analyze or even replace, or can be the button?

When I upgrade er9x, gave an error "Alert bad EEprom data, press any key".
I'm using a translation program ok?
I used er9xtest1.hex to identify which button is closed at this picture the result.
In that case what would be the problem? The push botton or resistor?

Did you press "any key"?
This usually is normal after a new firmware upgrade. The key press should reformat and be ok as I remember.
