X9D+ ixjt module replacement with xht module

Hi all, with my x9d+ internal module gone bad, what's the chance of adding a frsky xht module and setting it up from the software? Is that possible?

The XHT is basically the same module as the XJT in a X9D or X9D+ (pre 2019), so should work OK.

Ok, so that means that it is possible to configure or chose options (d8, d16 or LR12) via the menu, replacing the dip switches?
