Receiver Compatibility

I am using Frsky XM+Micro D16 SBUS receiver in Quadcopter. Transmitter Taranis SD9 plus with Irange 4 module. In multimode I have two choices.
Frsky D16 8ch or
Frsky 2A PWM, SBUS. The second option appears to be the correct one. Are the knowledgeable people in agreement??
I am setting the quadcopter up in Betaflight

The 2nd is FlySky, not FrSky.
