Convert 3 Pos Switch to 2 Pos Switch

Hi All,
I need to convert 3 Position Switch to 2 Positon Switch on a Carson Reflex stick 2.
Any ideas how to do this?
I need a 2 position to work some light on a truck and 3 position switches means clicking from one extreme to the other and back.
