Taranis Plus connect OTX2.1 wipes memory when connects

Hi there, my Taranis Plus when using Open Tx2.1.9 plug in as normal as my old X9D wipes the memory from SD card and all i have is Chinese hieroglyphics to show for it. I have never been able to back up my X9D PLUS TX so I just stopped trying to back it up. But I accidentally wiped off all of my models trying something else.
