Computor won't read files on Taranis Plus

I have a new Taranis Plus X9D. My computer is a Dell pc running windows 10. I have downloaded Open TX. At first I could see the two files on the Taranis Plus and access them. Now the files are still there, but when I try to access the, they can't be read, no description on size or anything else. The radio works fine, but the computer does not recognize what is those files or how to read what is there. When I try to flash firmware, it say complete but does nothing to radio.
