eepe 378 modelname needs 10 characters or ELSE!

EEPE 378

modelname,
in my EEPE when entered shorter than 10 characters,

EEPE adds garbage ASCII in empty spaces,

fix: add spaces until 10 chracaters

this is a bug, or
?
