Slope Soaring, FPV, and pretty much anything 'high tech'

ive just loaded it and it needs a bit of work
or maybe i dont have the right image,i just saved the one provided

Still have not tested it but the image is not good. seen it in the program eepe and has problems... Can any one explain whtich programme to use to convert to 2bits and how?
Used fireworks CS4 but no luck...

Did you read the sticky/announcement? It explains in paintshop pro, which is similar to photoshop.

Yes ive read... but i dont know how to reduce the colour palette from 16mill(24 bit) to 2 colour (2bit) in photoshop... That is my problem...

Try this...
go to Image → Mode → Indexed Color → Local (Adaptive) and choose 2 colour. (yes I spell color, colour, it's the Canadian way)
Should work.
Then save as .bmp (it may give you a bit option there , I am not sure,can't find my portable version of Photoshop, argh)
