However they've changed things, and added a sort of plastic reinforcement at the bottom of the module pins. This should be OK as JR modules normally have some clearance there, however... FrSky DJT's don't, and thus don't fit in... need to cut it away.

hmm, wonder why they do that. probably got some complaints of module being loose in there. Is that rubber stuff molded on there or just a add on thing?

They really seem to have a new mold, or at least adjusted the existing one - it's part of the case, there is a barely noticeable "split" line at the bottom.
I guess people complained about bent pins upon non-careful insertion...
I swapped modules dozens of times on my 2 radios before with no issues really. Wonder if they got that many reports... or maybe we should worry about why frsky didn't "respect" the usual dimensions?
