tranis x9d NOTplus

Post by lanerover »

OK guys a little help please. i recently moved my x8r receiver together with lipo sensor and high precesion vario to another model and now nothing works, im pretty sure everything was working beforehand. the only thing i can presume is that updating the radio to open tx 2.017 has something to do with it. from my searches on the internet i know the plus is affected but i can find no references to the original x9d. can anyone point me to where i might find the required information? Thanks Kevin

Guess there's no answer to this one, looks like I'll be reflashing back to pre 2.00 version has anyone encountered problems doing this? Thanks Kevin.

A bit obsolete. ;)

Why not put the actual version (2.1.9) on your tx and try this?

"Nothing works" means nothing. More detail needed.

No reason it would.

You would lose any settings you have not backed up prior to the 2.0 upgrade.

Sorry guys been ill for last few days,
kalle is 2.19 likely to make that much difference from 2.017?
Bob mysteriously it lost bind on one occasion but instantly rebound.
Kilrah, sorry a better explanation, after moving all the components the receiver still controls all the servos but the lipo sensor only shows battery voltage off the balance plug the red led refuses to light up even with a brand new sensor whilst the telemetry screen on the Transmitter shows 5v! Don't know where thats coming from batteries are fully charged both 3s and 4s.similarly the variometer shows nothing and produces no sounds, again the led refuses to light even when plugged in directly not daisy chained.

Looks like you've got a broken or disconnected cable int he telemtry sensor chain.

2.1 has significant changes to how telemetry is handled and configured. If you're already a bit lost now I wouldn't upgrade.
