FlySky Fs-T6

Post by MikeC »

Hi all, I am new here, I hope someone can help me out here.
I have two FlySky FS-T6 2.4G radios I need to reprogram them with some thing like ER9X firmware, these radios I will be using with two tanks. I can not find any thing on changing the firmware or how to wire them up for firmware changes.
I do hope someone has done this.

Have you opened one of the up to see what processor is in them? I currently know nothing about them to be able to answer you question.

To start with, some pictures of the circuit boards would be useful.

Hi, Here is the pic of the PCB hope this helps.
The CPU is ARMz 32F100

the full number on the chip is
ARMz
32F100
R8T6B
I Think this is the date sheet for it.

I'll have a look at the datasheet. I'm not sure that er9x will fit. It has 64K flash, but needs the ARM version of the code, so would need to be a version of ersky9x with drivers from the Taranis.
This may well take quite a bit of work to do.

Interesting, I'm sure I've seen photos of one with an atmega128... 2 hardware versions?

I don't really have time to do much on this. I would also need to see some sort of circuit diagram to know what is connectesd to which pins on the processor. Also, without an actual transmitter it would be very difficult in the initial stages of such a developement.

Connect left side of c27 with left side of r77. That will pull BOOT0 pin high. Then power on the radio. It will not turn the display on, but it will be in firmware upgrade mode. Then you can flash using stm32flash and a serial cable connected to the serial port on the back (TX, RX and GND pins).

It also has 128kb flash, not 64 (as of board version 2.3).

Hello everyboy,
I dont know if it is right place to ask but I have a technical trouble that I could not find any one can help me. I have been using my FS-T6 controller for 6 months without any problem. But just yesterday, the centre point of the output channel 2 was gone off like 30 percent and I can not trim it to center with trim buttons. I just upload a picture that you may see the problem. Although all the sticks are centered, display shows off value for ch2. I hope somebody can help me for this problem and tell me how to calibrate them again to the center. I tried to reset to factory setting but it didnt help.
