Hey Guys,
How can I set up one of the knobs on the taranis radio to control the weight of a channel (Ali) on the fly?
We're using the radio for gimbal control and would like to have the ability of changing the overall speed (weight) for faster or slower shots in realtime on the fly.
Any thoughts?
Thanks,
Mike

Sorry, can you be more specific?
What are the steps to complete this?
Thanks,
Mike

Or even easier, use a multiply mix.
Like this
100% AIL
*50% S1 offset(100)
The 50% weight and offset of 100 makes the pot work from 0 to 100.

Sorry guys... I'm new to the taranis radio.

Agreed, everyone seems to assume you're a coder with this radio. I just looked at the responses and I'm also thinking 'wtf'
There needs to be something or some one that puts out more laymen guides, we didn't all do Advanced Maths and follow it up with a degree in programming.

Sorry didn't realize that multiplying was advanced maths. It is very simple to add mine. Just go into the mixer screen, then go down to the mixer line for AIL Which should appear like it does above "100% AIL", then add a mixer to that channel. In the edit screen set the source to S1, the weight to 50 and the offset to 100, finally set the mulitplex to multiply. exit back to the mixer screen and the 2 lines will appear like I posted above.
If you need additional help with the mixer Scott Page has made some nice videos. They can be found on Youtube here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0Hv4tcWi ... e=youtu.be
