X7 problems

hi guys i got my qx7 about a week ago and was updating it but for some reason my sound didn't work after the update and it also wont recognise the SD card ive bought a second sd card thinking it was a bad sd card but it doesn't recognise the new one either.

Im new to the taranis and so confused all i wanted to do is use it on DRL Simulator but that didn't work to start with and that's how i ended up down this rabbit hole.

Is it possible you flashed the wrong model/version tx fw into it?
Pretty difficult to brick the wx7, but wrong fw will make it stupid.
